You’ll notice when you visit SPA that we can personalize your service. In addition to knowing your name, we can:

What Our Barcode Does
From the time you pull up to our state-of-the-art car wash tunnel to the time you drive away in your clean, pristine vehicle, we want you to have a seamless, enjoyable experience. That’s why we use simple technology that you can understand, to help personalize and speed up the car wash process from start to finish.
We require that every vehicle have a barcode! The first time your car comes in, we apply the barcode on the interior edge of the driver-side door, hidden from view. The first time you walk up to the cashier, there’s a receipt from the greeter, that tells the cashier you have a new barcode. If you’re new to SPA, we collect name and zip code information, vehicle information, and the month and day of your birthday. New customers are typically offered promotions to get you to come back.
If you are an existing customer, the new barcode tells us you got a new car – we transfer all your contact information from your old barcode and enter the new vehicle information. We offer folks with new cars other promotions, like waxing discounts, because 99% of new cars have not ever been waxed!
Of course, for future visits, we ask you to open your car door so we can scan the barcode, greet you by name and keep track of your purchases!
